		<description>Aaron,  I could not agree more.  I think the whole assumption that an artist should be willing to do work for free needs to be run out of town and shot.  Having designers not willing to ask for what they are really worth just leads to things like this.  And I can see why Jeffrey was so angered.  Sites like Threadless lead to creativity where spec sites just clutter the world with beggars.  

Clients need to realize the true worth of good design.  I am up against this for all sorts of projects.  Recently someone wanted me to do a video project for 50 bucks that would have taken me at least 6 hrs to hack.  When I gave my rates they were shocked.  Basically they wanted me to earn 4 dollars an hour after expenses. Nice.  Ok I am done ranting.</description>
